For any gene detected, the normalized gene expression level can be plotted on a UMAP projection of single cells from the wild type wing imaginal disc and its subregions.

For any gene detected, the gene expression correlation coefficient with other genes are listed in the table for the wild type wing imaginal disc.

Virtual wing disc in situ

Single cells from the wild type imaginal disc proper are assigned to 56 distinct spatial domains. A virtual disc is built to predict gene expression pattern.

The scribble mutant wing imaginal disc UMAP

For any gene detected, the normalized gene expression level can be plotted on a UMAP projection of single cells from the scribble mutant wing imaginal discs of different time points.
